Using DigTide
DigTide provides tide predictions, weather, beach status and dig-approval information for recreational shellfish harvesting. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Safety and accuracy disclaimer
DigTide is informational only. Tides, weather, solunar and dig windows are predictions and can be wrong. Beach status and dig approvals are sourced from public WDFW and WA DOH announcements and may lag or contain errors. Always confirm current regulations, openings and toxin closures with WDFW before harvesting, follow posted signs, and never turn your back on the ocean. You are responsible for your own safety and legal compliance, including holding a valid license.
Subscriptions
DigTide Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play or the App Store. Manage or cancel any time in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Store refund policies apply.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its alerts.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service or other users' use of it.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigTide is not liable for losses arising from use of the app, including missed digs, closures, citations or injury.
